Keep Your Cash, Get Your Racking
Financing turns racking into a monthly payment. Our lenders do warehouse equipment every day, and the paperwork is short.
How Equipment Financing Works
- You pick the equipment. New or used racking, mezzanines, conveyors, shelving, forklifts and jacks, installation, engineering, all on one quote.
- One-page application. Business name, time in business, owner information, the quote. Larger projects add recent financials.
- Approval. Smaller projects can often be decided on the application alone; larger ones add financials. The lender sets the timing.
- You choose the structure: an equipment finance agreement (you own it from day one), a $1-buyout lease (own it at the end for a dollar), or a fair-market-value lease (lowest payment; buy, return or renew at the end).
- We install, the lender pays us, you pay monthly. Terms from 24 to 72 months; payments can be seasonal or stepped.
Why Approval Is Easy
- The equipment is the collateral. Racking holds its value and moves, so approval is often simpler than for unsecured credit.
- Time in business and reasonable credit matter most; start-ups and challenged credit have programs too, with a larger first payment.
- Credit checks vary by program. Ask the lender when it pulls credit.
What It Costs
Rates depend on credit, term and amount. Every quote shows the payment, the total you repay, fees and the end-of-term option. Ask how an early payoff is figured; terms vary by program.
How to judge it. Compare the monthly payment with real monthly savings, such as a lease or move you avoid or space you sublet. Freeing floor in a lease you keep does not lower the rent by itself. Over the full term, compare the total you repay with the total you save.
Section 179
Section 179 and bonus depreciation may let a business deduct some or all of the cost of qualifying equipment in the year it goes into service. Limits and rules change by year. Whether your racking, shelving or mezzanine qualifies, and how a loan or lease affects it, is a question for your tax adviser. We supply the invoice and in-service date.

Common questions
Can I finance used racking?
Yes. Used racking and mezzanines finance on the same programs as new, including installation and freight.
How fast is approval?
It depends on the lender and the project size. Smaller projects can often be decided on the application alone; larger ones that need financials take longer.
What credit do I need?
Established businesses with reasonable credit get the best rates. Newer businesses and past credit issues still have programs, usually with a larger first payment or shorter term.
Lease or loan?
An equipment finance agreement or $1-buyout lease suits equipment you keep: you own it. A fair-market-value lease has the lowest payment, for equipment you will replace or return. Racking is usually kept, so most customers pick the $1 buyout. Ask your tax adviser how each one is treated.
Is there a down payment?
Qualified buyers can finance 100 percent of the project. The first payment, fees and taxes may still be due at signing. Newer-business programs may ask for payments up front.
Can I pay it off early?
It depends on the program. Ask how an early payoff is figured; some keep part of the finance charge. The quote states it.
