How to Use the Numbers
- Positions and density show whether the building works before you draw anything.
- Beam capacity is per pair, load spread evenly; point loads, drums and bulk bags rate differently.
- Aisle width comes from your truck's spec sheet; we check your model.
- Density comes from a repeating module of rows and aisles; it leaves out cross aisles, columns and staging.
- Rack height uses the sprinkler clearance you enter. Take it from your sprinkler design; ESFR heads often need more than standard heads. See permits and engineering.
- Mezzanine columns are a planning grid; the engineer sets the real structure.
- Prices are 2026 planning ranges.
